Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026

This notice explains how BuildNextSphere handles information in connection with this website. The operator and privacy contact is Edward Kim: [email protected].

Information you provide

When you email us or use a contact or subscription form, the information you submit can include your email address, name and message. We use inquiries to respond and maintain relevant correspondence. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, sensitive personal information or confidential project records.

Where comments are enabled, WordPress processes the submitted comment fields and technical information such as IP address and browser details. Approved comments and the name you provide may be public; do not include information you do not want published.

Website operation and security

The site uses WordPress and Elementor, Hostinger hosting and email services, and Cloudflare for website delivery and security. These services may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and requested URLs to deliver pages, diagnose problems and protect the site. Login, preference and security features may use cookies. Browser settings let you block or remove cookies, although some features may then stop working.

Newsletter status and choices

Hostinger Reach has been connected for newsletter management, and email confirmation (double opt-in) has been enabled. The Contact-page subscription form is still being integrated and tested as of the date above. Submitting that form should not yet be treated as confirmation of an active newsletter subscription.

When the newsletter is operational, confirmed subscribers will receive BuildNextSphere updates. Reach will process email addresses and subscription status and may process delivery and engagement information, such as opens and clicks. Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or email the privacy contact to withdraw your subscription. We will update this notice when the signup workflow is launched.

Service providers and external links

Service providers process information needed for their functions. Their infrastructure may be outside your country. Further details are available in the Hostinger Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Links to Google Drive PDFs, Blogger and other external resources take you to independently operated services with their own privacy practices. Embedded third-party content, where present, may contact those services when it loads.

Advertising

Google AdSense has not been activated for this website as of the date above. If advertising or additional analytics services are introduced, this notice and any applicable consent controls will need to be updated before those features are enabled.

Retention and privacy requests

Retention depends on the record and purpose: correspondence, published comments, security logs, backups and subscription records can have different retention periods. Contact us to ask what information is held about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw a subscription. Requests are subject to identity verification where appropriate and any applicable legal, security or recordkeeping requirements. No specific automatic deletion period is represented by this notice.

Depending on the law applicable to you, additional rights may include access, restriction, objection, portability or contacting a privacy regulator. Please send privacy questions or requests to Edward Kim at the email address above.

Changes

We will revise this page as site features and information handling change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
